1、Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as lingerie, swimwear, and accessories may not be eligible for return.

If your item meets the above criteria, please proceed with the return process.

2、How to Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Request a Return Authorization: Log into your account and go to the "Order History" section. Select the order you wish to return and click on "Request a Return."

Return Authorization Email: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization email with instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).

Prepare Your Return: Package the item securely in the original box or any other secure packaging. Attach the return label to the package.

Ship It Back: Drop off the return package at your nearest carrier location.

3、Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

4、Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5、Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Proof of Damage: Please include clear photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting us.

6、Late Returns

We can only accept returns made within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.
